Meep! Today was ok – it was an exam on our elective modules, and so was stuff I was actually very interested in and therefore found easy to revise. My blog is getting absolutely hammered with spam, so tis time to bite the bullet and write my own. Gah.
*cue maniacal laughter*
Well. Well well well. He. Luckily I’m well practiced at repressing unpleasant memories.
Well. That was interesting. Just after posting my previous post I had an arguement with a housemate (one who lacks any sense of respect or responsibility to the house she lives in and who thinks that because the rest of the house is a cess pit doing any cleaning is pointless) and got in such a tizzwozz I was staring blanking at Cardiology for the rest of my last minute learning session, and also kept intruding into my brain during the exam itself! So the exam was a bit poo to say the least. The essays were ok but the short answer questions were the type to make your blood run cold.
Three to go…
Weird thought – I never, ever, ever, need to write a long answer on cows, horses, pigs or sheep ever again O.O I need to know facts on them for Wednesday and Friday, but actually writing about them? Over.
Exam 2 commences in 3 hours – last minute revision underway here (well, would be if I hadn’t got distracted by the lures of the net. Again.)
So – I awoke at 5.30am, played on the computer to wake myself up, worked from 9 ish to 12 ish, then crashed out for 4 hours which made getting up early somewhat pointless. I scared myself last night by reading past papers, but today seemed unusually casual about the whole having-to-know-things shindig.
So, not as productive as I would have liked. However I spent an enjoyable 10 minutes in the garden. My normally truculent camera decided to take some good shots today. Admittedly it did put the flash on every time, but I think the effect works. It was early dusk after all.
So yes! Our garden is productive! To our proud happiness, Strawberry Plant #1 has strawberries, and today, one is ripening!

Likewise, Tomato Plant #1 is being productive.

And then there’s the flowers. My knowledge of horticulture is such that I shall be limited to “rose”, “purple” and “white”. And so, here is the White Flowers (large bush, prettyful sky in the background):

Next is the purple bush at the back of the garden:

A big rose on the climbing rose bush – it’s so out of control most of the flowers are 15 feet or higher; this is one of the few low ones.

Now some mini roses in the flower bed:

My favourite bit, a cascade of purple stars!

A natural bouquet of mini roses and other white flowers:

And the mini roses, little white flowers and purple stars all together:

Lastly, the sunset.

Ding went to a Foo Fighters concert she didn’t really want to go to, only to be totally shocked when Queen came on to do two songs (WWRY and TYMD)! Yay for Ding and Queen Suprise!
Not fair
Drugged up to the eyeballs, surrounded by a sea of tissues and still sneezing. *whinges*
*does a little rain dance*
Yay me! It’s exactly what I was looking for, right down to what they specialise in, which is very eerie, and it’s even in my home county! AND I get my own flat!
One downside is that nice housemate will now be outnumbered, and she’s sad
Now all I have to do is pass finals… O.O
But since I’m procrastinating, here’s some more!
Things I need to buy for my new FLAT (yay!)Â
Frying pan
TV with scart socket
Videoplayer? or fix one of the two I already have…
Freeview
Clothes airer
Graphics card (not so much for my new flat…)
Included here as I’m making some space on my phone
