😀 mwk of Stray Toaster said my name was lovely 😀 I decided to add him to my Innocent Bystanders list, just so I don’t have to keep going to my first post to find his link. Call me lazy.
After *counts* 10 years (yikes!) of being online I tend to take for granted how easy it is to interact with people via the web. How can the human brain understand that it’s talking to real people via a 15 inch screen and clever manipulation of a set of buttons? Where did that feature in the whole coming down from the trees part of our evolution? I take it for granted that I can be sociable with people from all over the globe (and I definately take for granted that they can all type better English than I can). Phones to me are a totally unnatural and uncomfortable form of communication, but then I may be biased being hard of hearing. Yet computers feel totally natural to me. Oo that reminds me… I’m also a visual learner, using colours and pictures and flowcharts etc. this site told me so. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Ah lovely – my housemate’s dog has come into my room to eat the rabbit poo. Handy dog – saves on housework. Memo to anyone who visits – don’t let any of the animals kiss you, you’ve no idea what they’ve been eating…
