Harry Potter

I got invited out last minute to see HP3. I was pleasantly surprised. Either that or I’m becoming more tolerant. I still stand firm in my view than Ralph Fiennes should have played Remus Lupin but in the end I warmed to David Thewlis’s Lupin – though what is with the tache? Very odd. Gary Oldman’s Sirius fit well with me – it’ll be interesting to see how he develops Sirius in films 4 and 5. Dawn French, Lenny Henry and Emma Thompson were all hilarious, and Alan Rickman stole the show yet again – not that I’m biased or anything!

Tired now – was going to say something meaningful and full of wisdom. However seem to have forgotten it post-cocoa…

  1. Told you it would be worth seeing (well, maybe it wasn’t me who told ya, but hey I would if I had remembered 😉 )

Theres two things in the film that "foreshadow events in Harry Potter books 6 and 7" according to JK Rowling – any guesses on what they might be?

Oooo no no no… I am a non-spoiler person – I can’t even speculate even whilst reading a book! I never even thought about who died in OOTP up until it actually happened and even then I had to reread that paragraph as I’d sped-read as usual and had almost missed it!
