Well that went surprisingly well and quickly… Even got greymatter to transfer over smoothly.
On a lower note – I got a call from technical support today. They’ve had lappy running for something like 72 hours and haven’t had it overheat :angry: They reminded me I’d have to pay a charge if they couldn’t find something wrong with it. I told them to look harder. I’m NOT having that thing come back to me in exactly the same condition I sent it out in AND paying a blinkin’ charge – not to mention the £20 postage and insurance I paid. They said I’d get a refund if I had to return it within the next 3 months – but that’s still another £20 for me. Not impressed. :plain:

You should have broken it properly again so it wanted to reinstall and THEN sent it to them 😉
